My name is Anne Lyse. I’m a certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic therapist, and sound healing practitioner. My work weaves together ancient wisdom and embodied presence to support those seeking balance in a fast-paced world.
Originally from Brittany, France, I now live and teach in Portugal, where I guide individuals and groups through yoga, Ayurvedic massage, Marma therapy, Tibetan bowl sessions, and retreats.
My journey began in India and deepened through studies in both traditional and therapeutic yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Therapy, and Yin), as well as Ayurvedic nutrition, Abhyanga massage, and Marma point therapy. I’ve studied with the Spanda Institute, Swasti Yoga Center in Pune, and the Fundación de Salud Ayurveda Prema. Each technique I share is rooted in a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence taking in ( prenant en compte ) toutes les couches du corps physique, émotionelle, energetique..
Whether it’s through a massage session, a bowl meditation, or a yoga class, my intention is to offer spaces where you feel safe, listen and soften into your own rhythm bringing what YOU need.
This is not about doing more — it’s about doing less, and feeling more.
Coming back to the breath. Listening to what the body wants to say.
And gently allowing the heart to guide the way.
